Remembering Scott Vestal

Early morning June 27, 2004, Scott Vestal, the Mission Indy Construction Manager died unexpectedly. He is survived by his wife, Dolly, and four children. For several years, Scott has been a vital part of the Mission Indy program. For the past year, he has worked as the Construction Manager for Mission Indy. Those of us who knew or worked with Scott mourn his passing. We remember his construction skills, his organizational ability, and his easy-going way of handling things. But most of all we'll be remembering how he was patient as he taught and witnessed to the youth who came to work on the projects he was involved with. Many of us, especially Ron, will miss his friendship and love. Please keep the Mission Indy team and Scott's family (his wife, Dolly, and his four childreh) in your prayers as we try to adjust to a world without Scott. Our comfort is that we know he will be with the Lord.
