Spend your summer growing, leading, serving, and making an impact with Mission Indy. Our 9-week paid internship gives you the opportunity to lead and encourage church groups while gaining hands-on ministry experience in an area you’re passionate about through a partner ministry or agency. Along the way, Mission Indy staff will invest in you personally and spiritually, helping you grow as a leader and deepen your love for the Church.

Your summer starts with two weeks of hands-on training, where you’ll build practical ministry skills and dive into meaningful conversations about the Body of Christ and how Christians can respond to the issues facing our world. Then, for the next seven weeks, you’ll put what you’ve learned into action—alternating between leading church groups and serving with your assigned ministry.

You’ll finish the summer with a time of reflection and debrief, celebrating what God has taught you and processing everything you’ve experienced. Our prayer is that you leave Mission Indy with stronger faith, greater confidence, deeper community, and a passion to serve the Church wherever God leads you next.
